Service Desk Analyst

ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing software house in Chester.

The suitable Service Desk Analyst will be required to provide user support and customer service on company-supported applications and platforms, troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.

Service Desk Analyst job requirements:

* The ability to respond to technical requests in person, via phone and electronically
* The ability to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
* Research questions using the resources available
* Redirect problems to the correct source

Customer service skills are more important than Technical skills for the Service Desk Analyst.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will be eligible for a salary of £16,000 plus benefits.

The Service Desk Analyst role is based in Chester but is commutable from North Wales, The Wirral and Warrington.
