Our client is currently looking for a professional and proficient sales administrator for their UK Sales office to support their team of Area Sales Managers (ASM).

The successful candidate must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work unsupervised and will need to be flexible, have excellent communication skills and be methodical in their approach to this important role. The candidate will report directly to the UK Sales Manager

Duties:

- Sales Order processing
- Assisting with the logistics of installations
- Scheduling collections and arranging deliveries
- Liaising with customers, Area Sales Managers and Service Engineers for the planning and installation
- Assisting with local marketing activities
- Sales Invoicing
- Planning and attendance of local, national and global exhibitions
- Booking of travel (hotels and flights)
- Use and analysis of the current CRM software

Requirements:

- High level of motivation
- Proven experience within a sales office environment
- Good IT skills, MS Excel and if possible CRM experience
- Very good attention to detail
- A polite and confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
