Account Lead (ref-RL1898)
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Lead to join an award winning digital marketing agency in London. This is a new role as the organisation continue to grow their team of digital marketing experts
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in an agency environment, but also likes to invest their time with top clients and building relationships with key figures within their business. You will be given the time and resources to work with the client and continue to develop the working relationship. There is a real team environment, who believe in working together to achieve the best results. You will also be encouraged to attend regular social events and get together’s to celebrate the wins the company achieves along the way to further success.
As an integral member of the team, you will be expected to work autonomously with your team’s support, strategically planning and delivering on projects for your client. You are the end of the responsibility chain and will take charge of budget management, project scope documentation, and overseeing digital demand generation and contents marketing programmes.
The ideal candidate as the Account Lead will have;
- Have excellent communication skills - leading clients to the best approach and implementing best practices
- Have experience being the senior client relationship owner for a large client(s) OR in-house experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Be experienced in overseeing digital demand generation / content marketing programmes
- Be commercially minded: Experienced in winning new projects, budget management and scoping of projects
- Have tech marketing experience
