We work within a large number of key industries including retail development, premium luxury brands, foodservice, high-end fashion, hair and beauty, drinks (on-trade) and a developing area in industrial, manufacturing, construction and engineering markets.
As a highly recognised UK wide recruitment supplier, we are looking to recruit new "Recruiters & Recruitment Resourcers" to expand our team. Based from our offices in Tunbridge Wells, Harbourne Associates are on target to achieve £1+ million cumulative sales in 2017 therefore we need self-motivated, determined, enthusiastic relationship builders to develop within our great business.
Package NEGOTIABLE on experience. Competitive basic salary plus extensive commission structure - Expected earnings (based on entry level experience) Y1 - £28-30K, Y2 - £38-£40K, Y3 - £50k+

Overview of the Recruiter/Resourcer positions.
• Coordinating interviews
• Headhunting, researching and targeting candidate’s, best suited to our clients requirements
•Promoting key aspects of current opportunities to a variety of candidates
•Developing solid relationships with clients, evolving rapports into partnerships
•Capturing information on our advanced database, managing administration in an organised form
•Working in a lively, vibrant, social environment all striving for excellence and best practice
•Researching / mapping relevant companies and winning new business to develop your client base
•Managing a sales pipeline, planning months ahead to achieve consistency against sales targets.
• Attending networking events, exhibitions and industry trade shows
•Maintaining company vision, ethics and professionalism at all times.
Candidates applying will have a strong background in either internal sales, telesales, business development or field sales. Ideally candidates will have a minimum of 1 year’s sales experience.
