£40,000 - £50,000 basic salary

A Pension/Employee Benefits Bid Manager is required for a leading Pension & Actuarial consultancy to be based in either Reading or London.
With offices UK wide and employing over 400 people our client is a specialist in pensions actuarial, consulting and administration, providing a wide range of advisory and compliance services to over 550 pension scheme clients.
They have a market leading DC mastertrust employing over 90 people and growing rapidly. Our client is keen to recruit a Bid Manager to support the continued growth of the mastertrust and support the end to end sales process of converting new business opportunities into schemes won.
Responsibilities include:
• Drafting responses to tenders, Requests for Proposal, Third Party Evaluator/EBC provider questionnaires and industry surveys.
• Collating responses from Subject Matter Experts across the group/company, and adding this to personal in-depth knowledge of the trust
• Preparing the team for beauty parade presentations and site visits
• Undertaking competitor market research.
• Maintaining sales material
• Preparing the team for any external speaking engagements
• Supporting the production of team-authored articles and online media content

To be considered you must have worked as a Bid Manager/Proposals Manager in the pensions/employee benefits market.
