Reporting to the Sous Chef & Head Chef

The role involves:

The running of your set section
Committed to producing quality food
Help to develop and train the junior chefs
Ensure consistency of produce throughout the kitchen
Completing tasks assigned to you by Sous & Head Chef
A full understanding of Stock rotation and ordering for your section
Adhering to Company Health & Hygiene policies

Preferably a NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Cooking

Food Hygiene

Be uncompromising in achieving company standards

Previous jobs

Having held a similar role elsewhere within a similar establishment
Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
