Holt Executive Ltd are assisting a leading FTSE Communication product focused based, globally recognised organisation in their searches for a Sales Support Coordinator / Sales Support Specialist to work closely with the Sales Operations Manager to assist the Africa and Middle East sales teams.

The Sales Support Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator will support the global government sales team in all aspects of customer support, account management and relationship building.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Support Specialist/ Sales Support Coordinator :

* The Sales Support Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator will Provide Support to the Sales Team (Business Development & Account Management), manage daily activities of existing Partner accounts and new Partner accounts, providing support and delivery of information.
* Providing support to all Central Inmarsat functions (Billing, Finance, Pricing, Global Customer & technical support, Legal, Purchasing, Logistics).
* Provides training to new members of the Sales Team on Inmarsat Applications if required
* Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department, manage to resolution and ensure the highest quality of communication internally and to the external party.
* Informing Partners of new Product Offerings / Solutions and feeding back customer comments to the Sales team.
* Maintaining good relationships with Partners in order to Increase customer satisfaction.
* Collaborates with G2 complex solution team to help prepare solutions/quotations for Partner accounts and Sales team
* Supporting sales pipeline management by highlighting any operational issues that could have a negative effects on revenue generation.
* Provide ad-hoc customer reporting from central systems when required.

Essential Knowledge and Skills required for the Sales Support Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator :

* The Sales Support Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator will have basic knowledge of Telecommunication / Satellite communications.
* The Sales Support Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator will have Coordinator Experience using Salesforce & SAP
* Excellent and professional relationship building skills
* Organised and diligent, committed to seeing activities and processes through
* The Sales Support Specialist / Sales Support Coordinator will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Pro-active communicator, a natural sharer of information and collaborator across dispersed teams
* Commercially savvy - intuitive about the market and quick to feedback relevant customer/end user feedback to the sales team
* Ability and willingness to accompany sales team on short business trips
* Fluent in English, writing and speaking.
