Research Manager, Quant leaning
This full-service agency is looking for a mixed-methods Research Manager to join their high-performing team.
The purpose of the role is to plan and deliver work, be the key point of contact for clients, as well as maintaining quality standards and ensuring all output fits into the context of wider business activities. The projects are ad-hoc and the clients come from a range of sectors such as Tech, Retail and Financial Services.
In order to be successful in this role, you will have strong customer experience research expertise, gained in a Market Research agency. You will be quant-leaning, and therefore confident working with large data sets, although experience of working on qual projects is also preferred. You will have proven skills in client relationship management, and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
