Which? has changed a lot over the years. We are the largest independent consumer organisation in the UK. We offer a range of financial services, from general advice, to our independent mortgage advice team who offer expert and impartial advice across all available lenders.

We’re in an exciting period of growth and have expanded our Financial Services arm to provide impartial protection advice. We’re looking for a passionate Protection Paraplanner to come on this journey with us, and help develop this new service into a successful new commercial venture.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be partnering with our protection advisers on protection applications. You’ll gain valuable insight into the protection market, acting as the point of contact for customers, protection providers and medical professionals to smoothly facilitate the customer journey.

Our customers expect the highest standards of advice from us. As such we place a huge emphasis on the training and development of our people. It will be a fast-paced and busy role, but we never lose sight of the fact that what we do is about helping people.

What we need

You’ll need to have experience working with protection insurance in an administrative or customer service capacity. We’ll need you to be a strong communicator, as you’ll be speaking with a range of people from clients and medical professionals, to our internal mortgage teams.

This is a challenging but exciting opportunity, and we’ll need you to be flexible to develop with us. You’ll be able to work towards targets and remain hard-working and calm under pressure. Good organisational skills and experience of working across different IT systems on a day to day basis are essential.
