We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join an established team, for our client who are a global leader in high quality interior textiles. Duties will include:

• Updating in-store layouts.
• Ensuring all information is being filled in on Critical Paths and Intake Sheets
• Managing the product pool in terms of selected/deselected lines
• Liaising with Quality on initial product checks
• Dealing with customer complaints on products/liaising with Quality
• Chasing and approving packages from factories
• Dealing with general customer service calls
• Assisting Merchandising as required
• Completing product component lists with all relevant information
• Liaising with the display team to set up showrooms for meetings
• Chasing and ensuring that all Quality aspects are carried out
• Covering for holidays and sickness
• Organising packaging within timescales
• Organising photography within timescales
• Organising weekly Critical Path meetings
To be considered for this role you must have previous Sales Administration experience and have the ability to work well with different departments, in a busy, fast paced environment. You must also be proficient in Microsoft applications.
