Business Development Associate - £34K OTE
Salary: £24,000 basic salary + £10,000 on-target bonus + health scheme + pension scheme

For the last 7 years, we’ve exclusively recruited new or recent university graduates into our commercial organization, which is structured into mini teams of 6-7 people that we call 'Pods’. 48 out of the current 50 Pod members came into LoopUp through this graduate program. We have an array of role models who have come through this program, including three people who have accelerated rapidly into director-level senior management positions around the global group. About the Job
As a continuation of our fast business growth, we’re looking to bring new or recent graduates with 0-5 years’ work experience into our new business Pods in London. We are holding an Assessment Day at our London office on 22nd June 2017.
Upon joining, you'll participate in intensive training - both on-the-job and in-the-classroom - covering all aspects of the company, product and sales cycle. You'll begin by working in business development, using high quality, value-added prospecting techniques to secure target market meetings for your Pod.
During your first year, you'll receive continued training and find yourself playing an increasing role in customer engagements in line with your learning. After around 10-18 months (depending on your progress), you’ll go through the next phase of intensive training and boot camps, with a view of moving into a full Sales or Account Management position within one of the Pods. Or, if more appropriate, perhaps you might migrate to a different function within the company.
Further training continues into the medium term, both with respect to more advanced selling, product understanding, and team management skills.
