A large Scale SME with Links to various construction interests. Very much involved in consultancy and services procurement this role is varied and suits a candidate well versed in contracts negotiation, letters of compliance and collateral warranties.
Your new role
Your main duties include but are not limited to; Sub contractor appointments, contracts negotiation, land remediation, Services procurement, collateral warranties, Letters of compliance.
This role reports directly to the Project Procurement Manager with a junior procurement team member to support you this role offers the autonomy that suits a self starter candidate with a keen interest in contract law and procurement procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experience procurement professional educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be CIPS qualifies with a background in the construction industry. You will provide a professional reliable and efficient procurement framework across the business in order to manages costs, Improve project bank ability, reduce risk and obtain 'best value' from external consultants.
