Position: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Location: Twickenham, South West London

Salary: £20,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

Are you a Graduate Quantity Surveyor looking to kick start your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy RC Frame & Groundworks Sub Contractor working on a multi million pound High End Resi project!

Duties include:

* As a Graduate QS you will be supporting the senior quantity surveyor who will support and develop your training.
* You will be responsible for assisting with change events and the implications this will make to the programme, schedule and costs.
* Reviewing existing contract documentation
* Some management of packages
* Considering the clients variation request against the contract & assist with reporting
* Visiting the site, taking measurements, reporting and managing costs

Candidate Requirements:

* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar
* Experience on a civils project would be beneficial
* Working towards RICS accreditation or keen to gain Chartership
* Enthusiasm and drive to succeed.
