As an Assistant Travel Branch Manager you will effectively manage the day to day operations of the travel branch ensuring high standards of customer service and merchandising is delivered to ensure maximisation of sales and profitability.

Effectively coaching and developing the team to achieve these objectives through brilliant leadership and excellent communication.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a team within a retail travel environment, along with experience in dealing with customers and identifying and matching their needs and requirements. It would be a distinct advantage to be experienced in coaching and motivating staff to improve performance.
