Job Responsibilities:

* To utilise clinical reasoning skills and evidence based practice in the management of patients with complex presentations and to be clinically competent to utilise skills and knowledge in a variety of clinical settings.

* To facilitate the case management of patients, using Trust guidelines and adhering to national best practice and participate in the development and delivery of care pathway policies for the older person.

* To act as a clinical resource demonstrating specialist knowledge and skill in the assessment and implementation of evidence based interventions in the care of Older People, including integration of research evidence into practice via the process of clinical reasoning and decision making.

Essential Criteria

- Have a BSc in Physiotherapy

- Registered with the Health Professions Council

- Willing to undergo Access NI check
