Cherry Professional is recruiting for a Telemarketing Executive for a company in Nottingham. This role is being offered on a full time permanent basis and is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in telephone or customer facing role. Execute telephone lead generation campaigns

Conduct number of dials/calls at or above daily target

Generate sales ready leads at or above target

Conduct email follow-up campaigns to drive interest and generate sales ready leads

Create interest and engagement from contact to generate sales ready leads at or above target

Record activity and results using company CRM system

Update visual management to reflect results

Qualify new data lists prior to database submission

Manage inbound enquiries via email, website, chat and telephone

Monitor and track of website visitors using insight software

Establish strong links with sales team and review progress and success

Person specification:

Excellent oral and written communications

Process and metric driven

Marketing or business qualification or experience in a telephone based role

Strong time management skills, able to prioritise effectively

Takes ownership pride in the contribution to the business

Collaborative team player, flexible to adapt with the ability to work independently as required

Target driven and self-motivated

Highly customer focused
