This a brilliant opportunity, for a driven individual to join us as a Business Development Manager to develop business across the public and private sector. There will be opportunity to grow with us and develop your sales career.

What you’ll be doing…

To execute a sales plan to generate profitable revenue from new clients to achieve new business sales targets
Generating leads to create a sales opportunity pipeline capable of delivering annual sales targets
Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals and bid documents
Following pricing guidelines and discussing the pricing of each opportunity with the Head of Service
Preparing customer contracts
Maintain a level of knowledge of the political, legislative and technological tends in the industry
Creating demand for the wider NSL organisation’s current services by raising their profile with customers, to showcase the breadth of our services

About You…

Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager
An understanding of BPO
Proven sales, account management and business development experience
Full UK Driving Licence - Must be willing to be office based with UK travel

In return for your time & hard work

£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Car or Allowance
25,25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
