This is an unmissable, new opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a prestigious and Top Tier firm in the offices in Liverpool.

The position will involve the Residential Conveyancer working on a broad range of Residential Conveyancing matters including sales & purchase; right to buy lease extensions; transfer of equity; re-mortgages and deeds of variation.

The department has seen a rise in work recently and are ideally looking for someone who is able to come in, hit the ground running working on their own caseload of matters. Our client aims to give the highest service level possible to their clients so you should have excellent interpersonal skills whilst being able to communicate a clear understanding of business needs.

Our client envisages that a suitable candidate for this role will have at least 2 years' residential conveyancing experience. The work will be varied and of high quality and will involve high net worth clients, non-standard residential conveyancing matters and bespoke advice.
