Needing a new challenge? Looking to move to another developer as you can't see any progression in the current role, or make the move across in the first place?
My client, a London-based developer with a national presence, is keen to bring on a Planning Manager to sit within a small team of Planning and Land professionals. They develop and deliver large to medium scale residential schemes across London so experience here will be key.
The current Planning Director is busy with schemes and the wider team are managing smaller projects, so this key hire would be to sit in-between the two levels, providing support to the Director and managing larger projects on their own.
The ideal candidate will already be in a similar, or in consultancy currently, and will have knowledge of London and or/ residential schemes, and are keen and capable of working within a housebuilder environment.
You will ideally be MRTPI, have at least four years experience, and be an excellent communicator with experience in negotiating and an awareness of budgets and time management for profitability of schemes.
If you are ambitious and keen to progress your career, this is the company and opportunity for you.
Please apply here, or give me (Kate) a call on at any time. My client is looking to get the right person on board ASAP so please do contact me as soon as you can.
If you do not hear anything back within one week, please assume that you have been unsuccessful on this occasion, but I will retain your details for future roles.
