Job Title: Property Compliance Officer
Location: Nottingham
Hourly Rate: £11.15 per hour (including holiday pay)

Their services cover education, housing, substance misuse treatment and the prevention of reoffending.

We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer with previous experience in Property and Health and Safety (especially around fire). The ideal candidate would be similar to a Property Surveyor.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that the Charity's managed properties are fully compliant with relevant regulations in relation to gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos and legionella and to implement the requirements of their health and safety policy.

This is a full time position to start as soon as possible on a temporary to permanent basis.
