Head of Client Services £55,000

We're looking for a Head of Client Services with extensive digital experience - publisher or Ad Tech - to lead a small but talented team and amplify the growth of this. This role will oversee and grow all activities between publishers, media agencies, creative agencies and programmatic partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of existing client growth (up-selling & optimisation) to achieve pre agreed targets, developing trusted and consultative relationships
  • Development of key new business strategies
  • Inspiring and managing a team to create the most interesting, engaging and effective work
  • Numbers driven results orientation - improving the output of reports to our clients
  • Overseeing the project management of the creative build phase and streamlining the process for content Q&A and testing, feeding into the platform development roadmap
  • Providing first class on-boarding and content creation direction, and product training for both the .builder and .trafficker platforms
  • Producing insights, presenting these in-market and entering industry awards
  • Collaboration with the Sales and Tech teams through all avenues
  • Prioritising feature and functionality requests and provide corresponding justification to the product team as an input into product direction
  • Attending key networking events and being an exemplary advocate

Key requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry, with either a publisher or Ad Tech background and a minimum of eight years industry experience. The role requirements are;

  • Knowledge, interest and passion for digital display & mobile advertising
  • A thorough understanding of the digital marketplace and ad technology ecosystem, adserving, reporting and digital tools
  • Proven track record of generating strategic business relationships and successful partnerships, within a performance driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and ability to adapt communication styles
  • Proven organisational, time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • A creative eye with impeccable attention to detail
  • Aptitude and eager to learn quickly in a dynamic and fast moving industry
