Responsibilities

*Work closely with Commercial Director to develop the wholesale strategy and execute it effectively.
*Grow the account structure and improve quality of distribution.
*Sell the Collection to all Wholesale stores in order to achieve and exceed seasonal budgets.
*Responsible for setting and achieving seasonal budgets.
*Focus on growing the department store presence in the UK and abroad, with adjacent international designer brands. Supporting the Commercial Director to help negotiate space, location, assortment plans etc.
*Actively manage and help organise the sales campaigns and showroom spaces in New York, London and Paris.
*Responsible for sales planning and following up post sale. Analysing and monitoring sell through data to support sell out. Maximising sales with reorders.
*Provide key accounts with product training and proactively communicate the brand philosophy to the market.
*A team player to work closely with production/retail/marketing/merchandising/finance departments.
*End of season feedback and reporting on sales, customer feedback, needs of the market, etc.
*Close liaison with the Wholesale Assistant to manage all relevant administration, sales orders, confirmations, product substitutions and cancellations, chasing payments etc

*5 years+ luxury wholesale womenswear experience
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*Dedicated, flexible, hardworking and committed
*Ambitious, motivated and with a "can do" attitude
*A flair for Visual Merchandising
*Willing to travel internationally
*Superb administrative skills
*Essential skills : Excel, Microsoft, Powerpoint, SAP
