The Job

The successful Sales Engineer will be tasked with selling process engineering solutions to a range of end-user customers in the North West within sectors such as Power, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Public Sector and NHS.

When not visiting customers, the Sales Engineer will work from a home office location. This is a very autonomous role.

The Ideal Candidate

The company is looking for a Sales Engineer with an Engineering Degree/Apprenticeship or Equivalent. Applicants without this will unfortunately be discounted from the process.

Proven Commercial experience is essential for the Sales Engineer, to complement good technical knowledge, with experience selling process solutions such as pumps, valves, pneumatics or heat exchangers.

The company are willing to look at recent graduates with some sales experience or at the other end of the scale, proven Sales Engineers who are looking to take the next step up into management.

What You Get

A competitive basic salary of between £40- £45k (negotiable depending on experience), 15% bonus (paid quarterly), BMW 3 Series or similar, pension scheme, laptop, phone

Career progression - the current Sales Engineer has recently been promoted to a Project role - hence the reason for this vacancy.
