Join this phenomenal global organisation who has gained a multitude of awards for their Media products and services. Due to an increase in business this internationally acclaimed organisation are now seeking an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager to work with their industry Clients.

The B2B Sales Account Manager will manage existing client accounts, deal with inbound queries, relationship building, conducting training via WebEx, ensuring these clients renew their accounts. Prospecting for new business and maximising potential sales of existing clients. This career will suit an experienced client/customer account manager with new business development sales skills. Upselling, retaining and winning new business from existing client account.

This will involve speaking to clients, high volume calls on average 30-40 targeted outbound calls per day. The B2B Sales Account Manager will be expected to process achieve 85% of renewal business and conduct at least 5 WebEx training appointments per week. Managing client accounts regarding their training requests and renewal retention, creation of renewal online resources and maintaining the client account relationships to win over sales.

Ideally you will have previous experience working in "Advertising Sales" or "media sales" and used to making larger volumes of calls to C level executives. This career opportunity is mainly from warm data leads provided by the Marketing team. YOU must have proven experience working in a B2B telesales / account management environment.

This exciting career opportunity offers a ‘work from home’ set up, with visits to the primary office in Central London will be required at least twice a month.
