Service Delivery Manager. My client, a leading Professional services organisation, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join their growing IT Department.

At the moment, the IT team of around 30 supports approximately 6000 users spread across over 100 offices in EMEA.

As things stand, ITIL is in the early processes of being embedded, so they need someone that can act as the liaison between the Support team and the users, offering the best possible service to the users.

Your role, as the successful Tech Relationship manager will be to:

  • Interact with and build relationships with stakeholders from the UK business
  • Understand their requirements from a support perspective
  • Negotiate and agree SLAs on behalf of the IT team so that they have realistic and manageable deliverables and delivery timescales
  • Implement ITIL processes for the Application Support team
  • Manage Change requests and set up a CAB
  • Maintain / Improve relationships between IT and the business
  • Deliver a range of Infrastructure and Application Development Projects
