An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a long established traditional building company in Dorset. My client has won a number of awards for their luxury developments in the area with their apartments and houses being built in a range of styles and designs.

They now require a full time experienced PA to provide highly professional and proactive support to the Sales Director and Sales & Marketing team based at their Head Office which will maximise effectiveness and efficiency with meeting deadlines.

PA Support:

* To manage outlook emails and ensure papers are filed in folders and kept up to date
* Manage the calendar on behalf of the Sales & Marketing Director, responding to correspondence and meeting requests as required
* Attend weekly sales & marketing team meetings, minute take and distribute
* Maintain weekly sales reports and minutes and ensure Sales Director has most recent copies
* To take accurate phone messages for Sales Director, respond to enquiries where possible
* Identify and prioritise Sales Directors schedule of work
* Maintain effective filing systems
* Set up new development files with all relevant reports
* Arrange uniform for new site sales staff
* Ensure all new staff have all relevant equipment eg. IT, phone, lone worker security equipment
* Collate all sales staff commission claims/scan/email to accounts for processing
Marketing Support:

* Arrange all health and safety equipment required for on site sales staff
* Arrange installation dates with suppliers when required
* Raise PO numbers
* Obtain quotes for all necessary equipment and supplies for marketing suites
* Assist with show home and marketing suite set-up
* Provide assistance to marketing team where required
* Liaise, collate information/decorating schedules and manager interior designer show homes
* Ensure construction are kept up to date with all relevant drawings, decorating schedules on new show homes/marketing suites

* Assist with Sales & Marketing events - show homes launches, promotions, as required
* To cover receptionist in case of absence in rota with other staff members
* Ordering promotional goods when required
* Organising and planning social events for staff
* Booking hotels and travel when required
