Training Course Content Developer (Military)/ Initial 6 Month Contract/ Luton or Lincoln/ £45LTD Per Hour

My client is a well respected defence engineering company who have strong military links. They are currently looking to recruit a Training Course Content Developer with knowledge of Army, Air Force & Naval operations to join their dedicated team of Training professionals. The role is for an initial 6 Month Duration and is paying a rate of £45LTD Per Hour. Please find the role description below:

Job Description and Skills

An experienced operations expert is required to help produce training material.
The role of the content developer will be to create quality training material in the following areas:
* Analysis of Recorded Data
* EOB Derivation
* Tactics Techniques and Procedures
* Mission Planning and Briefing
* Mission Debrief
* End-to-End Flight Line Testing

The role will be working in collaboration with members of the training and systems teams across multiple company sites. The areas for development include relating the above areas to Navy, Army and Air Force operations. A background in these areas is essential for the role. Scoping each course and gathering the information required will one of your major duties. This will lead on to analysing the content and developing course material in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibility Areas
* Working as part of an established team to create the Academy prospectus
* Create course notes on the above topics
* Complying with identified requirements to make sure quality markers are met
* Provide technical direction and advice where the team lack knowledge
* Implement the 'Design' stage of the training cycle

Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge Required
* Subject Matter Expert (SME), fully capable in the topic areas
* Have practical operational experience in the areas to be developed
* Able to relate to Army, Air Force and Naval operations in UK and abroad.
* Good communicator
* Have a good understanding of Microsoft Word to meet our high standards making the work look professional
