My client, a prominent city centre law firm, is recruiting for a legal clerk to work in their real estate team. Working in a specialized area of their property team, you will be supporting team members involved in bespoke services for clients in all aspects of the acquisition and disposal of land, and other property services. The role is busy and varied and this entry level legal role, will give you the chance to work in a fantastic firm and receive exceptional training in a first class working environment.

This firm looks to recruit from a diverse pool of talent, and we would encourage you to apply if you have not studied law. Indeed we will look favorably at people who perhaps, until now, had not pursued their education in law but have an interest or experience in property. You should have some commercial experience in an office environment.
• Duties include:- File Management, administration including working on stamp duty land tax, communication orally and written to clients, agents and third parties as well as internally, dealing with finance bills, management of the database as well as other ad-hoc administration duties.
To be considered for this role, you should have excellent IT skills, be well presented, have exceptional communication skills both written and orally, and have a real willingness to work hard and want to start or develop your career.
