We all like our technology to work, but sometimes it needs a little bit of coaxing and encouragement. That’s where you come in, as a Desktop Support Analyst you’ll manage a variety of problems from the basic password resets, to more complex desktop and server fixes.

You’ll be someone who really enjoys getting to the nub of a problem and going that extra yard to find a solution. You’ll be part of a great team who will mentor you through the more complicated issues and give training where needed.

Some proven competency in certain technical areas and will be needed as a foundation plus a willing attitude towards your own learning and personal development.

Core areas of experience which would be highly desirable;
• Previous experience of Desktop Support
• Ability to analyse an issue methodically
• Manage expectations for the client
• Networking and communications (basic understating)
• Solid Microsoft skills, OS and Desktop (Office 365 would be desirable)
• Able to communicate clearly, both verbally and over e-mail
• Competent using remote support tools
