Main duties (in order of priority)
 Synergi Administration and reporting
 Audit process (internal and external audit)
 Conduct internal audits
 FPAL/Achilles certification management
 BMS (Business Management System) Management
 Quality Systems Design / implementation / improvement
 KPI management
 Group reporting (Business Review, NSC region…)
 Quality Analysis
 Internal quality Reporting
 Management review preparation
 Escalation process (delegated)
 CSS (Client Satisfaction Survey) process
 Sharepoint Quality pages management
 Provide some Synergi training and support

Performance Measurement
The individual performance and assessment criteria shall be established during the annual appraisal assessment between the employing Manager and jobholder.

Supervisory responsibilities
BMS administrator supervision and support

Health & Safety responsibilities
All personnel are responsible to ensure their compliance with H&S Management Systems in accordance with the principles, objectives and targets of the company's policy and in compliance with statutory provisions, taking account the complexity and business risks involved in operations.

Lotus Notes, Office 360

Working conditions/degree of effort required
Generally normal office and factory surroundings. A certain degree of effort is required in order to achieve agreed targets & objectives

Qualifications /Experience required
3 years Quality position experience
Engineer degrees
Quality Management System Master or equivalent
Good working knowledge of BS EN ISO 9001 and Technip Umbilical Ltd Management System
Problem Solving tool knowledge
Lead auditor qualification
