Pod is currently partnering with a high end, fun, funky brand that launched a few years ago. They are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who can speaks Fluent French and English.
- Manage the OTD process of a number of UK + French customers
- Work with Logistics Service Providers (LSP)
- Ensure orders are picked packed and delivered to meet customer and business expectations
- Resolve queries raised by customers, sales manager or credit control using internal database
- Provide fantastic communication to customers and sales managers
- Excellent communicator and with the best interpersonal skills ever
- Problem analyst and problem solver with a 'can do' attitude
- Must be Fluent in French & English
- Enthusiastic and persuasive
- Contact center experience in a bilingual enviorment
- Experienced in Order Processing/Customer Service - order to delivery/order to cash process (plus)
