A client specialising in luxury serviced apartments is looking for a strong Operations Support Coordinator to carry out quality and standard checks on apartments prior to new guest check in.

The role will involve visiting apartments in zones 1 & 2 to carry out inspections of the apartments. This will include checking for breakages, doing inventory checks on stock and reporting issues.

This role is a non-office based role and will involve travel around zones 1 and 2 on foot and via tube to visit apartments.

You will also:

Check for any maintenance works that needs doing and report to relevant department.

Carry out minor works such as changing lightbulbs, and tightening table legs should it be required.

Ensure all furniture/linen and cutlery inventory is completed and recorded. This is to ensure that the apartments are ready for the next guest check in.

This is a role for someone who is organised, proactive and with good attention to detail. Someone with an interest in the property sector and passionate about service levels would be great for this role.

Working Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday with 1 weekend in 3

Salary: £19,500 + £1000 bonus + 70% travel card for zones 1&2 paid
