An RTA Fee Earner, is wanted to manage a Fast Track litigated case load with a leading national law firm in their Bristol office.

My client is a large, well established national practice with a strong personal injury practice with a number of offices throughout the UK. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an RTA Fee Earner to handle a case load of Fast Track RTA files, some of which will be litigated.

The successful RTA Fee Earner will have proven experience managing a Personal Injury case load with a high percentage of litigated RTA files. You will receive the files once they drop out of the portal and manage them through the litigation process.

Day to day duties will include telephone and written communication with a wide range of clients and medical professionals, arranging meetings, seeking medical reports, chasing information, research and preparation of legal documents within the CPR framework.

The RTA Fee Earner will possess the ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and plan and prioritise their work load in order to achieve individual targets and contribute to team success.
