£25-35k Plus Bonus

Job Summary:

This position reports to Manager/Supervisor of Sales. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for qualifying inbound leads. This individual is the first "voice" of our client and provides the prospect with the basic sales message.

Specific Duties:

  • Respond to inbound phone, chat and web inquiries delivering basic sales message
  • Prospect and develop leads
  • Provide prospects with appropriate literature
  • Review and collection of prospect information in CRM system
  • Contact via phone/email to collect additional information in CRM
  • Rank and hand off lead as appropriate
  • Participate in call campaigns to populate events (i.e. user group, seminars, tradeshows, etc.)
  • Attend tradeshow, seminars and other events as appropriate
  • Perform post event follow up outbound activities
  • Produce sales funnel and pipeline reports as required


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • BA or BS and/or equivalent employment experience preferred


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong telephone presence
  • Strong time management skills
  • Solid internet, MS Office and SalesForce experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment


  • 1-3 years customer service, telemarketing, mortgage, insurance claims, account management and/or vendor relations experience
  • Proven track record of achievement, preferably in a sales environment
