Company based in Kings Hill is looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator. You will be working in a small team dealing mostly with Sub contractor invoices, inputting the details on the in house system, dealing with the payment run, speaking to the contractors with any queries or discrepancies via the phone and email. Other duties will be general administration, typing updating spreadsheets and any other adhoc duties.
The role would suit someone who has at least 6 months experience working in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of excel is needed although full training will be given, Intermediate word and Powerpoint would be an advantage. This is a very busy pressurised role, you need to be able to multi task, work under pressure and to very strict KPI's.
