Regional Sales Executive - Cyber Security Solutions

This growing reseller is expanding its team based on increased sales and new OEM partners coming on board.
For this next hire we are looking for someone experienced in network security to join the team to help further develop the ever expanding security business.

The main focus will be to:

- Prepare and implement a sales plan (which could be vertically or territory aligned)
- Identify prospects and win new business.
- Accounts won can then be kept and developed into long term, key accounts.

To qualify we are looking for:
- A proven sales record in the IT Security sector including, but not limited to: Prospecting / Engaging / Qualifying / Presenting / Closing / Time Management.

- Sufficient technical knowledge in Cyber Security to get up to speed quickly, i.e. experience of vendor technology from OEM's like NETSCOUT, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes, Cisco Meraki and Machine Learning vendors.

- Technical understanding of client environments, solid employment history showing on-going and consistent sales success, a flexible approach to work hours and a creative and dynamic approach to sales.

- A degree in a relevant subject is highly desirable, but not essential. More important is attitude, experience and sales success.

On offer a flexible package to be based on experience and targets (to be agreed) so the package could range between £20k - £42k base + OTE with commission accelerators for hitting target on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Importantly these targets are very achievable and uncapped....
