We're seeking an ambitious Credit Control / Recoveries Manager for a fast paced business in Warwick.

You will be a Manager who can lead from the front and motivate a team of experienced and successful Credit Controllers to successfully achieve monthly recovery and collection targets and reduce aged debt from both corporate and individual customers who have defaulted.

No doubt you will have gained your experience in a similar role and will be able to lead all dispute-related activity on behalf of the credit department improving turnaround times and reducing the value of disputed debt.

Engage with the sales and contract teams, business partners and clients to assist in resolution of disputes and escalated accounts to resolve late payment issues.

We're looking for a total professional with proven experience of strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others in order to reach organisational goals. Preferably your experience will have been within a financial services organisation (our client provides huge loans for the purchase and lease of assets worth several hundreds of thousands of pounds).

You'll also be proud of your achievements and experience of identifying and implementing process improvements with a proactive, can do attitude.
