Our client is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join their growing finance team!

Based in Milton Keynes with the flexibility to travel to Birmingham.

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE

Our client is a leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services to middle market leaders, globally. They are an established and progressive Top 10 Firm who are widely considered to be one of the most forward thinking and entrepreneurial of their peers.

Their focus is on their staff, their development, and the growth of the business and with that comes great opportunities both in the UK and Internationally. This role is within their Corporate Finance Department, based in their Milton Keynes/Birmingham office.

This role offers the chance for an influential and credible individual to support the Partners and Directors in playing a key role in the development of a growing area of their business. You will be advising on a wide variety of private equity transactions, MBO, MBI, fund raising, sales mandates, Mergers & Acquisitions, and broking, delivering work of consistently exceptional quality and insight and helping to raise the profile of the division.

Personal requirements of the Corporate Finance Manager

* Demonstrable experience of dedicated lead advisory experience.
* Good range of proposal experience in the private equity arena for VC's and large corporate (E.g. disposal mandate pitch).
* Some sector specialism and network contacts in different areas.
* Possess high level financial modelling, ideally in excel.
* Strong communication skills and client empathy.
