A fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation which continually invests time and resources in the development of their staff. Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced and ambitious Sales Support Coordinator to join a fast paced technology led business. Working closely with UK Clients, you will play a key part in exciting new projects and work within a great team environment.
The successful applicant will have a strong attention to detail and ideally a minimum 12 months working within a similar sales support role. You must have strong customer service skills and excellent organisational skills.

Role:
To provide key market data, reporting information and sales support to Area Managers and National Accounts Team alongside exceptional client relationship management. Working closely with the sales team for a large group within a great sales environment. Looking after a region of accounts and working with Regional Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve monthly goals through relationships with existing accounts, as well as new accounts.
* Attempt to resolve or escalate any service issues that arise for assigned customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
* Consult with existing customers to help identify new opportunities for those customers.
* To contact customers on the sales database, qualify and update in the CRM system.
* Liaising with customers by telephone in a confident manner.
* Ensuring information is communicated quickly and accurately.
* Maintenance of customer records.
* Checking the accuracy of documentation.
