We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Director to join a small, friendly HR team within a public sector environment. You will be responsible for leading and managing the company's HR service to a high standard and in return you will receive many benefits.

This role is part-time for 4 days per week based on a full-time salary of £50,000 per annum.

HR Director / HR Manager / Head of HR Duties:

* Improving HR processes through policies and procedures.
* Staff development and training days.
* Leading and managing a small HR team.
* Manage capital and revenue budgets as well as prepare requisitions and tenders.
* To provide HR advice to all members of staff - acting as an expert on employment law.
* To assist with recruitment and administration.
* To partake in risk and change management plans.
* Human Resources Management

HR Director / HR Manager / Head of HR Requirements:

* CIPD level 5 qualified.
* Substantial HR management experience ideally within a public sector environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Extensive HR best practice and employment law knowledge.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* High level negotiation skills.
* Organisation and time management skills.
* Agresso Business world experience desirable.
* Humas Resources Management
