Hours of work: 22 hours per week, term time only. Hours will vary between 7.30am – 8.45am and 3pm-6pm with occasional 6.15pm finishes

About the job and who we need…

We are currently recruiting a Breakfast and Afterschool Club Leader, with Level 3 Qualification in Childcare and Education/Play-work or equivalent. To be successful, you will be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and possess a good understanding of health and safety and welfare issues within a childcare environment.

This role will involve leading and implementing the afterschool club programme, as directed by the After School Club Coordinator. The post holder will develop learning and social skills of the children through play and interaction. S/He will act as a key person to safeguard and develop the learning experiences of children and communicate this with parents. S/He will also support the Association to ensure compliance with regulators while being professional and part of a team.
