Lead Automation QA Selenium C# Nunit/BDD upto £70K

One of UKs leading online marketing software house is looking to hire a Lead QA Automation Engineer who will be working at the forefront of the QA discipline.

Driven completely by Rest APIs/back end services, this platform brings about a revolution in a way marketers make use of technology.

Built using a powerful technical stack spanning from AngularJS, Javascript,ASP.Net C#, the team religiously adheres to agile methodologies.

Quality has always been the heart of the development activities, but till date the QA activities are carried out by the respective developers. They now need someone who can take charge and define the road map for the QA function.

During the Initial 6 months you would be expected to define the testing strategy and what should and should not be automated. You would be solely responsible for building up the automation framework using Selenium NUnit/SpecFlow with C#. This role further absorbs the responsibilities to form a team and revisit the strategies. This is a 100% hands on role with an added managerial tinge to it.

Skills needed :
- Prior experience working in Selenium C#
- Strong working knowledge of BDD tools such as specflow OR cucumber
- A decent understanding of APIs and Database testing
- An excellent communicator who is confident working among software developers.
- Prior experience working in a pure development environment would be a plus.
