Personal Assistant job in Poole for prestigious company, paying £25,000, Permanent.

Your new role
As the PA to Sales and Marketing director you will support the Director and the team to maximise effectiveness and efficiency, allowing deadlines to be met. You will support the Director by managing Outlook emails, correspondence and diary arrangements. When arranging meetings and appointments you will ensure the Directors time is fully utilised at all times, preparing them for the meeting by providing all relevant documentation before hand and take accurate minutes. You will communicate with the Sales and Marketing teams after meetings to ensure all minutes actions have been completed, reporting back to the Director with key notes. You will be require to ensure all ad hoc administrator and filling is completed in an organised and effective fashion, scan all staff claims to accounts, ensure staff holidays are processed and maintain weekly sales reports.

To support the sales team you will help distribute and set up new files, request and follow up quotes, ensure all extra details for work is forwarded onto site managers and relevant colleagues, send our progress information to customers and updates sales logs. To support the Marketing team you will assist with sow home set ups, obtain quotes for relevant supplies, raise PO numbers and send relevant briefs/drawings to interior designers.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have gained similar experience in a previous PA role, ideally within a sales or marketing department. You will be an outgoing, hard working and approachable individual who is confident communicating with individuals at all levels internally and externally. You will have excellent organisation skills with outstanding time keeping skills to handle this diverse and demanding workload, with a positive attitude at all times.
