Starting September 2017 - £26,000 - £38,000 PA

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Autism Teacher who has worked with children with high-functioning autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and other language, communication and social difficulties. You would be working in a specialist SEN and Autism School based within a secondary school in Haringey. This school has excellent facilities and makes a difference to the students with autism that they work with.

This is a well equipped specialist Autism school, offering a wide range of therapies and support on a purpose built campus for 7 to 19 year olds with complex autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, and other language, communication and social difficulties. About the role - SEN Teacher (Autism) – Haringey, North London
The school require an experienced and passionate SEN teacher who has strong knowledge of Autism. You will need to have a good understanding of the curriculum at all phases and be flexible and highly motivated at all times. The successful candidate will need to have a truly positive approach to inclusion and have a clear understanding of the strategies used to develop inclusive practice in schools and settings for pupils with Autism.
