Elevation Office Support is currently assisting a leading manufacturer in its industry with the recruitment of a Customer Service & Sales Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established firm and one that recognise its employees by providing a high level of support and continued training.

This role would suit someone who has extensive experience of leading and motivating a customer service driven team, ensuring the highest service delivery is met. It is essential all applicants are able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 Years + working at a senior level with a sound knowledge and understanding of Customer Service; KPI's; Export markets; processes and procedures.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in supporting the business/management therefore will be: highly organised; methodical; have a good working knowledge of excel with experience working within export and customer services dealing with all relevant correspondence.

You will have experience of working specifically within a Manufacturing Industry, with the ability to pick up extensive technicalities of my client's vast product range.

Elevation Office Support would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Staff management; in line with the companies policies / procedures
- Monitoring KPIs; Reviews and Recognising team results and achievements
- Key Account Management
- Liaise directly with the external sales team; maximising sales opportunities, maintaining customer relations
- Develop upon existing relationships and maintain new with obtaining feedback
- Analysing data
- Report production
- Monitoring customer spend and costs
- Reviewing customer behaviours and export marketing; understanding trends and customer spend

The ideal candidate will have:

- Educated to A Level Standard (Export Related Qualifications Desired)
- Your own method of transport is essential due to location of my client and flexibility to travel
- 2 Year's minimum experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manor
- Strong Excel/MS Office skills with working knowledge of pivot tables advantageous
- Be methodical, hardworking and pay good attention to detail
