One of our clients, a local Authority based in South London is currently looking to recruit a Social Services administrator.

Main duties:

To be responsible for the general administration of the team.
Opening, date stamping, recording and distribution of incoming post and out going post.
To take minutes and type up, write letters, procedures and reports.
To record and monitor complaints and correspondence on a central spread sheet and ensure that they are answered in accordance with the prescribed time limits.
To assist with the purchasing of stationery and office equipment, including the recording and processing of invoices using on-line finance systems.
Assist with budget monitoring for the section; compile monthly returns.
To use contact centre technology to export and collate weekly/monthly statistics and performance indicators as directed by the Contact Centre Manager.
Service Quality Business Support Officer's co-ordinate and process the Initial and Review Child Protection meetings.
Taking minutes to these meetings, typing and sending minutes to attendees of meeting, updating plans on to CCM (database).

• Past experience working for Social Care or equivalent beneficial
