The Implementation Manager position represents an excellent opportunity to join a true market leader that can offer a genuine career path with endless opportunities.

About the Role:

The Implementation Manager will manage the development of implementations from business case right through to final launch stage. You will also work very closely with the new business and existing business sales managers to understand the scope and detail of solutions to ensure delivery.

This role also will require a creative mind as you will help develop new process design and then communicate effectively to ensure successful implementation for both the internal staff and external customers. The implementation Manager will play an integral part for all areas of the business and you will work with senior stakeholders to ensure you deliver successful solutions.

Skills such as relationship building, enthusiasm and business awareness are a necessity to succeed in this role. The ability to self-motivate is critical, as well as being able to work as part of a team.

About You:

* MSP or Prince2 Qualified.
* A self-starter who is comfortable working and leading from the front and also competent in leading projects.
* Clear focus on the achievement of targeted outcomes.
* Be intellectually strong with an aptitude for striking a balance between strategic innovation and operational delivery.
* Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Known for a strong commitment to the principles of continuous improvement.
* Ability to challenge the status-quo in a positive and progressive way.
* Proven track record of managing multiple projects at one time.
* Focussed on agreed standards, work with accuracy and precision.
* Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel when required.
