My manufacturing client based in North West Leeds is looking to recruit a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them to provide support to the accounts department by dealing with inputting of both the Sales and Purchase ledger. There will also be reception cover on afternoons so you must be happy to answer calls and direct as appropriate. This is a full time permanent position paying circa £18,000 dependent on experience.

Main Duties:

Support with:

- Sales ledger maintenance
- Daily banking
- Invoice processing
- Reconciliation of sales ledger cash-book to bank statements
- Daily, weekly and annual processing of purchase invoices
- Debit notes
- Processing payment to suppliers
- Expenses
- Cover Reception in the afternoon and direct calls to the relevant people.
