Project Quantity Surveyor

Looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with 4/5 years experience to work on the first phase of major project in West London (zone 2) consisting of high rise towers and with super high-end spec (phase value £100mil).

The role is paying anything from up to £60k + very competitive package.

Main aspects of job would consist: procurement of contractors, management + payment of contractors, value engineering, build cost estimating, updating business on cost / risk & scope, contract administration


* Paying up to £60,000 basic salary

* Highly competitive numeration package

* 4/5 years experience working within a QS position in the UK

* An excellent approach to work and professional outlook on the construction industry

* Main contractor/developer experience desired but not essential

* New Build and RC Frame expereince needed

* Strong references

* Computer literate

* Excellent communication skills

* Solid commercial acumen

* Educated to a degree level or equivalent (BSc Quantity Surveying preferred)
