The Company

The company is a respected event and presentation services specialist, leading the market with their creative event solutions. The business is continuing to grow due to the quality of the events and services they deliver and the strong team. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Venue Partner Manager to join the team and represent the company at a high profile venue in London.

The Role

As a Venue Partner Manager you will be responsible for -

- Maintaining and developing client relationships, at all levels
- Managing and set up of events and conferences from budgeting to final production
- Line management of technicians
- Supervision of live events
- Liaising with external third party providers to source equipment and technical labour
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service
- Marketing and promoting the company`s services - up selling and cross selling where appropriate
- Delivering financial results against annual and quarterly budgets

Other key duties include -

- You are responsible for the smooth delivery of technical services within the meeting rooms at a client venue
- This includes the preparation of the equipment we provide and the provision of technical support in the meeting rooms
- You are responsible for control of stock and the maintenance of appropriate records to assist the management team

Skill and experience required -

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint
Excellent client facing skills
Possess strong sales capabilities
Ability and the experience to guide prospective clients through the technical side of their event, from concept to delivery.
Experience within the corporate market
Used to managing a team
Strong communicator (both verbally and written)
Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
